Terms of Booking and Cancellation:
Booking and Reservation:
to make sure the requested tour and space is available you should book in time
- in order to confirm your reservation (online) we need a deposit of 30%
- the rest (70%) is due 30 days before departure of the tour at the latest
- if you do not meet the requirements and your payment does not get in on time you are loosing the right to claim your bookings Reservations can be made in within 90 days before departure (of the tour) after that bookings are mandatory (see Terms of Booking and Cancellation) in order to claim your bookings.
Terms of Cancellation prior to Departure:

60 days prior to departure: 100 % refund on deposit
(minus fees for bank transfer)
60-30 days prior to departure: 0% refund on deposit
15-30 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days prior to departure 100% cancellation fee
Important notice:
In case of cancellation on the part of Mari Divesafaris all deposits will be refunded. We like to inform you further that refunds cannot be claimed in any case of bad weather conditions, political disturbance or other unpredictable conditions.
